Building your own car must be the ultimate hobby for people, who love to drive, and there are many “Kit Cars” out there to choose from but the La Bala is streets ahead when it comes to DIY car building.

Based on the Lotus Elise, or looks like it anyway, the La Bala uses the drive train from a Toyota MR2 which is easy to obtain these days, but remember this is a light weight car, therefore the power is going to be enough to make this car fly.

The basic sold build kit will cost you around $25,000 and for this you will get -
* All body panels, unpainted
* Complete tubular space frame chassis with aluminum panels
* Interior panels and center console
* AIM mychron auto dash
* Team Dynamics Pro 1.2 wheels with Falken Azenis RT-615 tires
* Wilwood brake package front and rear
* Custom CNC Cut and bent plate steel welded uprights and hubs
* Quick steering rack
* Aluminum racing seats with covers and 5 point harness
* Wiring harness for main electrical (not including engine harness)
* Tail lights, turn signals, reverse and plate light (headlights optional)
* Front windscreen
* Shifter
* Mirrors with integrated front turn signals
* All suspension components
* Engine mounting brackets (for designs in-stock)
* Cooling system
* Fuel tank and filler
Once finished the car is expected to produce 170 BHP from the MR2 engine, which will push you along from 0 to 60 in around 4.3 seconds, beat that!
