Drivers who stick the overtaking lane of the highway are considered as dangerous obstacles that cannot be passed legally, they in fact force other drivers to adopt out of character illegal maneuvers that not only put their lives at risk but other road users too.

So enough is enough thought J A Tosta of Camas, Washington who has created the LeftLaneDrivers.org website and their slogan which appears on the website and their windshields “Move Over” this is back to front so that the slow coach who is hogging the lane can see in their rear view mirror that there is someone else wanting to use the road too.

The organizations aims are to raise the awareness of this problem so that other drivers begin to support the movement, with the message “If you’re not a Left Lane Driver, get out of the left lane” so it is hard to determine who is right here, on the one hand the road hogs are an accident waiting to happen, and on the other the people who agree with J A Tosta, who use these sort of tactics to force other road users out of their way.

It would appear that this can develop into a full blown head to head battle between drivers who go below the speed limit and those who creep above the limit, but aggressive driving in some states is frowned upon very severely and should not be encouraged.
